A: Service extends to the following cities: Cleveland Heights, Shaker Heights, University Heights, South Euclid, Lyndhurst, Richmond Heights, Mayfield Heights, Beachwood, and Pepper Pike. I will travel farther for an additional fee. Please contact me for rates.
Q: What are your hours?
A: As of right now, hours are 9 am to 3pm, with the last walk ending no later than 3:45 pm. (These hours are subject to change based on volume of business).
Q: What happens if I decide to use Sit 'N Stay for my pets?
A: If you decide that Sit 'N Stay is best for your pet(s), please either email me at sitnstaypets@gmail.com, or call Annie (phone number in Contact Us) to set up your FREE 30 minute consultation.
A: I know that life takes us in different directions every day. If you have to cancel your dog walk or pet sit appointment, please try to call 24 hours beforehand. If it's a last minute cancellation, a quick call to Annie will do, and you won't be charged.
A: No. I believe in giving 100% attention to your pet(s), without the distraction and confusion of another furry friend. But I can always bring my little guy, Walter, along for a walk if your dog likes to socialize with other dogs.
A: Yes. If you work (or study) long hours Monday through Friday, Sit 'N Stay offers a monthly discount on daily dog walks and visits. Please contact us for those rates.
A: That's up to you. I will spend the half hour with your pet however you choose. If your dog needs a longer walk, I spend that time on a walk. If your pet just needs a short walk, but more playtime, I can do that too. Or if your dog needs most of the 30 minutes for cuddling and loving, I would be happy to spend it that way. This is your half hour, so I'll accommodate you and your pet however you'd like.
Q: Do you take care of cats and other animals?
A: Absolutely. I love cats and all animals, and would love to take care of them when you can't be there. Contact for rates on your pet.
